Based on interviews with more than 80,000 Australian consumers and businesses over a 12-month period, the RFI awards celebrate the most recommended brands and most innovative and trustworthy organisations.

DBM Australian Financial Awards has recognised Rabobank as Australia’s best Business Bank Customer Service. Each year, DBM contacts over 80,000 Australian consumers and businesses for the DBM Atlas survey, collecting feedback on the experiences of customers with their financial institutions.
