Working hand-in-hand with our rural clients

Our Client Council members are a select group of innovative, forward-thinking clients who are passionate about making a difference in their communities, and help identify the local and industry issues that matter most. 

Together we develop and implement meaningful national and grassroots initiatives supporting key themes that will have the most impact on the ground, including building industry capacity, championing rural-wellbeing, sustainability, and strengthening the rural urban connection.

Business Transition & Succession Planning Sessions

New in 2024, these complimentary general information session set a foundation for family farm succession and equip farming families with the tools to help deliver positive outcomes.

Participants will explore important topics such as why family and business communication can be difficult and how to improve it, what makes a meeting work, and how to take account of differing family goals.

Financial Skills Workshops

Nearly 5,000 participants have benefited from these complimentary workshops which aim to provide the tools to grow a modern farm business.

Two programs have been developed, with the first  providing an introduction to financial statements, financial analysis and banking requirements, and a secondary program that takes a deeper dive into aspects of cash flow, gross margins.

Boys to the Bush

Since 2017, Boys to the Bush has impacted over 7,000 lives across New South Wales and Victoria through involvement in camps, mentoring programs, school and education programs, alternative care arrangements and community engagement days.

We’ve partnered with ‘George the Farmer’ on our mission to help educate children about where their food and fibre comes from in both a fun and educational way.

As part of book week we have donated 70 complete George the Farmer book sets to preschools and primary schools across Australia.

Heart Truck of Australia

We’re supporting Heart of Australia, a vital and innovative approach to front line specialist medical service delivery. These ‘custom designed medical clinics on wheels’ travel through rural and remote Queensland providing medical services including blood tests and heart checks for those Australians whose lives are threatened by the what can be a vast distance to access medical services.
